Louisiana : Mon Amour is a solo exhibition of rural and urban landscape images made in New Orleans and southwestern Louisiana by Nell Campbell. Campbell is a documentary photographer who was raised in Lake Charles, has lived in New Orleans and resides in California. A selection from her series, Duck Blinds : Louisiana, was exhibited at the Ogden Museum in 2012. Campbell’s work has been published in Louisiana Cultural Vistas, Harper’s and The World of Interiors publications. Photographs from Campbell’s documentary projects reside in the permanent collections of the Art, Architecture and Design Museum at UC Santa Barbara, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.
