December 8-12, 2021
PhotoNOLA is an annual celebration of photography that is produced by the New Orleans Photo Alliance in partnership with museums, galleries, and alternative venues citywide. Showcasing work by photographers near and far, the festival includes exhibitions, workshops, lectures, a portfolio review, and more.
The 16th annual PhotoNOLA festival includes in-person reviews, workshops, and live gallery exhibitions as well as virtual talks and a Virtual Reality gallery experience. We also have curated open-air in-person exhibitions which are highlighted around the city in partnership with local businesses. It will take place December 8-12, 2021.
Please join us to celebrate the art of photography, New Orleans style!
The New Orleans Photo Alliance and the 16th annual PhotoNOLA Festival are pleased to announce the 2021 PhotoBOOK Fair, Wednesday, December 8th!
PhotoNOLA’s Portfolio Review program offers photographers the chance to present their work to influential members of the photographic community. Twenty-minute face-to-face meetings with gallery owners, editors, publishers, and museum curators from throughout the U.S. provide photographers with networking opportunities, critical advice, and guidance for bringing their work to a larger audience. Due to the success of our virtual experience, we will offer live in-person reviews as well as select one-on-one virtual meetings for 2021.
