BUREAU of CHANGE: Public Records is an interactive information tank where fact, fiction and truth are increasingly indecipherable. During PhotoNOLA, we invite you to bring photographs, videos, audio files and other documents that you feel exemplify public wrongs, and BUREAU of CHANGE will teach you how to re-envision them as rights in this participatory art experience.

BUREAU of CHANGE is a collaborative project of artists and non-artists initiated by Margot Herster that focuses upon the importance of the individual. We believe in creative community building and the power of artist-led collaborative digital communications to effectuate institutional change.
