In celebration of our 20th anniversary, Photo Works presents 20 of the most iconic and timeless photographs by Louis Sahuc, who, in the words of the highly regarded photography magazine Black & White, is ‚ “… a master of romantic impressionist photography.” A self-taught photographer and avid preservationist, Louis has spent much of his career showcasing the incredible architecture and culture of New Orleans. These photographs represent a lifetime of attention to detail and an innate sense of composition and light, through which Louis communicates his unique view of this historic city that he loves.
