Joseph Crachiola: The Journey

The Journey is a collection of photographs by New Orleans resident Joseph Crachiola. His life in photography began in Detroit, Michigan in 1968. Mr. Crachiola’s career has taken him from Detroit to New Orleans, with numerous other destinations along the way. It has been both an outward physical journey and also a journey inward. This retrospective exhibition represents his unique view of the world around him as well as his endless journey of self discovery through the medium of photography. He is also a working musician who performs regularly in New Orleans on the saxophone and guitar.
