Jenny Jenkins: Diana in the Cemetery

Never before exhibited in New Orleans, these intimate toy camera images of cemeteries in towns along the Mississippi River between New Orleans and Minneapolis were shot in the mid 1990s and printed with the platinum-palladium process, as a McKnight Photography Fellowship project.
BIO
Jenny Jenkins was born in Baltimore and lived in Washington, DC and New Orleans before settling in Minneapolis. She has received grants from the McKnight Foundation and the Minnesota State Arts Board and has exhibited work in US and international venues. Jenny works as a freelance prop and wardrobe stylist in the Twin Cities to support her artmaking and traveling habits.
