Tom Varisco’s book, Jackson Squared, documents the French Quarter’s Jackson Square: the heart of the quarter, with images by Tom and photographers Will Crocker and Jackson Hill.
This exhibition is a celebration of the imagery of the book project and these artists creating spontaneous glimpses of our city from an internal and sometimes tilted perspective.
The book, published by Chin Music Press, debuts November 8th and will be available for signing by all artists on November 10th from 4pm through the opening reception.
On December 15th Jackson Hill will give a short seminar on moving from still photography to video using DSLR cameras. This discussion to include cameras, lighting, audio, shooting style and editing. More info here.
