“Low Hustle Hot Center” is an expanded look at downtown Canal Street in New Orleans. The photographs are shot entirely on black and white film, and the exhibition prints are silver gelatins.
There is an accompanying book to the exhibition. The title is “Low Hustle Hot Center: Contemporary Canal Street in Downtown New Orleans”. The book is published by 8th Ward Press and features contributing essays by Leslie Spillman, Richard Campanella, and Jonathan Traviesa.
