AFRICA is a series of photographs taken in 2017 in Kenya (Masai Mara), Zambia (Victoria Falls) and S. Africa (Kruger National Reserve). Choosing the images to exhibit was difficult as I wanted to convey the immensity of the plains, the freedom and at times the tenderness of the wildlife, the merging of weather systems and using infrared images, the stark contrast offered. Some portraits offer a glimpse of the warm and hospitable hosts or the hard working woman as she toils daily. Each image stands on its own but forms part of a whole.
