We are delighted to partner with The New Orleans Advocate to host our first ever PhotoNOLA Photobook Fair!

Inspired by the ACP Festival in Atlanta we decided it would be nice to make this year’s book event a daylong “book fair”. The New Orleans Advocate (840 St Charles Ave) will host the event on Wednesday, Dec 12 from 12-5pm. Many festival attendees will be rolling into town that afternoon in time to attend our PhotoGALA & Auction. We’re betting that they’ll be more than happy to spend some time perusing great photo books.

Exhibitors will include: Fall Line Press, Pack/Peel/Pour, Kris Graves Projects, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Brittany Markert / In Rooms, Frank Hamrick/ Old Fan Press, JT Blatty, ReFOCUS, and Jeremiah Ariaz / UL Press.

If you have a recent photobook and would like to participate, we are currently accepting registrations. Tables will be filled on a first come, first served basis, (one 8′ table per artist / publisher, capped at 15 tables). It will be up to each exhibitor to handle their own sales.

The deadline for inclusion is December 5. There is no upfront fee to register / participate, but modest donations to cover the cost of renting tables would be appreciated. We’ll follow up on that with participants after we get all the details squared away.
