We are thrilled to offer Aline Smithson’s “Desert Suitcase” as the 2015 PhotoNOLA Collectors Club Print. Smithson is an award-winning California-based photographer whose work, noted for its humor and compassion, is published and exhibited internationally.
The edition is an archival pigment print, featuring an 8×8” image size on 12×10” cotton rag paper. Proceeds from the limited edition print support programming initiatives of PhotoNOLA, New Orleans’ annual photography festival.
Prints are available now through photonola.org, for $100 plus shipping.
PhotoNOLA established the Collectors Club series in 2013 as a fundraising initiative with a mission to encourage collecting. This program offers the public an opportunity to collect original works by contemporary photographers at an accessible price point. Each year we partner with a photographer to create a limited edition print, produced exclusively for PhotoNOLA. Previous editions were created by David Halliday and Josephine Sacabo.
