This annual Christmas exhibition features works in a variety of media including paintings and sculptures by gallery artists. Featured photographers include Walter Crump, Lew Wilson, Elliot Snellings and Eleanor Owens Kerr. Classical guitarist Scott Perro will perform.
I met Elliot Snellings in Banff Alberta in 1975, when he was heading home from Salmon fishing in Alaska with Hank Drevich and Dennis Aurin ina Volkswagen mini van that had never seen snow tires, drove with them over the Rogers Pass (Hell’s Gate) in a light snow storm (Elliot driving) and nearly ended up at the bottom of the Fraser canyon, a month later I was in New Orleans staying with Hank on North Carrolton. So sorry to hear of Elliot’s passing, lost touch, he died on my birthday it appears.
